Simple? Definitely - when you first get started, but take on one of the myriad gameplay modes with the difficulty amped up and you've got a challenge worthy of true heroes only. Hit golden note streaks to earn massive bonuses that you can cash in to multiply your score or use them to bring a bandmate back from the brink of failure. Just pick a track and play the coloured notes in the order and rhythm they appear on screen by pressing the same coloured buttons on your controller, or just holler into a mic as the lyrics appear. You probably know the score, but if not, it's a cinch to pick up. One, two, is this thing on? Turn the amps up to 11 and brace yourself for a sonic onslaught of incendiary licks and leaden riffs because Guitar Hero 5 has come to Wii!ĭon't let the title fool you though, Guitar Hero 5 isn't only about the guitars unless you want it to be – if you fancy mixing it up, drummers, bassists and singers are all welcome too.
